For detailed information about incinerators, visit the dedicated website www.en.incinerpropro.ro
IncinerPro® equipment is designed for the incineration of animal waste, in accordance with European and national legislation.
Where are incinerators manufactured?
IncinerPro® equioment is manufactured and maintained by our production and service teams in Timisoara, Romania.
We ensure that IncinerPro® incinerators respect and maintain technological standards throughout the entire life of the equipment.
Who uses incinerators?
Our customers are farms, slaughterhouses, meat processing plants, service providers from countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, the Republic of Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina or even Portugal. They offer us objective information about the installed incinerators so that we can develop new products, improve technologies and services to adapt to real requirements in the field.
We continuously invest in research and development and improve the range of products, accessories and automation.
Below you will find information about the incinerators range of models, recommendations for choosing an incinerator and other useful details.
INCINERPRO®
Eliminate waste quickly. Invest in biosecurity.
Flextim currently produces several dozen models of IncinerPro incinerators, differing in terms of construction, mobility, loading capacity, combustion rate, automation, fuel type. For details, visit the dedicated page. .
- IncinerPro i - stationary incinerators - are used to eliminate technological mortality in animal farms, slaughterhouses or meat processing plants and the available models differ depending on the type of waste, species (poultry, pig, cow, horse, pets), calorific value and degree of waste moisture, loading capacity, fuel (natural gas, LPG, diesel), number of burners (minimum 2).
- IncinerPro a - mobile incinerators - can be used when it is possible to move between waste generation sites, to avoid transporting waste. Mounted on trailers, these equipment can only be towed by vehicles appropriate for the respective task. Mobile incinerators can be equipped with a power generator, fuel tank for incineration, etc.
- For emergency situations (out-breaks: swine fever, avian fever etc.) we developed a range of high-capacity incinerators (higher burning rate and high loading capacity), mobile or stationary, equipped with power generators, fuel tank, light tower, even automatic loading systems. These models can manage large quantities of waste in less time.

ANIMAL WASTE
Farm. Slaughterhouse. Meat processing plant.
ANIMAL WASTE
Animal waste means products and by-products of animal origin or derivatives that are not intended for human consumption or use.
EC Regulation No. 1069/2009, describes in detail the waste of animal origin and divides it into 3 categories, depending on the level of risk represented for public or animal health:
- Category 1 - animal by-products such as whole carcasses and all body parts from animals suspected of TSE infection (Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies) etc.
- Category 2 - animal waste such as manure, digestive tract content, animal by-products collected during wastewater treatment, products declared unfit for human consumption, fetuses etc.
- Category 3 - animal by-products such as carcasses and parts from animals slaughtered in slaughterhouses, carcasses or parts of animals rejected as unsuitable for animal consumption (without signs of transmissible diseases), aquatic animals etc.
SOURCES OF ANIMAL WASTE
- Slaughterhouses
- Meat processing plants
- Animal farms (pigs, poultry, cows, sheep, horses, etc.)
- Fish industry
- Veterinary activities
- Other
INCINERATED WASTE
Incinerate legally. Protect the environment.
ANIMAL WASTE INCINERATION
Incineration of animal waste is the safest method of disposing of waste that may pose a risk of transmitting dangerous pathogens.
All IncinerPro incinerators are equipped with 2 combustion chambers:
- Primary, for the actual incineration of the waste
- Secondary, for the incineration of the gases resulting from the incineration of the waste, at a minimum of 850 degrees Celsius, for a minimum of 2 seconds before being released into the atmosphere.
Advantages of an incinerator:
- Compliance with European legislation (Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 laying down health rules on animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption)
- Environmental protection – using the IncinerPro incinerator reduces the risk of environmental contamination
- Reduction of unpleasant odors – IncinerPro incinerators do not emit odors or dangerous noxes because they comply with the technical and constructive requirements necessary for the disposal of this type of waste.
- By incinerating waste, the risk of pests and rodents is reduced
- Energy recovery – depending on the amount of waste incinerated, IncinerPro incinerators can be equipped with heat recovery units
